My school doesn’t have a credit card, how can I subscribe?
If you cannot or do not wish to subscribe online, just email us a purchase order at sales@languageskills.co.uk and we’ll set up the subscription for you. We will then email you an invoice. 

Why 2 passwords?
Logging in using the teacher password, as opposed to the pupil password, allows you to access your registration details and change your passwords or your contact email address. It also allows you to renew your subscription online. 

What email address should I choose when registering?
Please choose the email address carefully as it is the one that will be used when resetting passwords or for letting you know your subscription is about to run out.Make sure you update it if the member of staff in charge of the subscription leaves the school. 

I’d like to subscribe to ZUT and GUT. Is there a discount?
Yes, subscribing to both ZUT and GUT entitles you to a free OYE subscription normally worth £30. 

I’m subscribed to more than one site. Can I have the same account ID for all of them?
Unfortunately, no. The account IDs are computer generated for security reasons so we cannot change them our end. 

I’m subscribed to both ZUT and GUT, how can I get my discount for OYE?
Once you’re subscribed to both ZUT and GUT, just contact us on sales@languageskills.co.uk and we’ll set up your free OYE subscription our end.

How do I renew my subscription?
To renew online: Log in using the teacher password and click on the “account” link at the top of the page, next to the “logout” button. You will be asked to confirm your teacher password. You can then click on the “renew” link which will take you directly to Stripe to enter your card details and renew online.

To renew by purchase order: Just email us a purchase order at sales@languageskills.co.uk and we’ll renew your subscription for you. We will then email you an invoice. 

I can’t remember my login details
If you have forgotten your teacher password, you can ask for a reset email to be sent you here. The email will be sent to the email address chosen during the registration. If this email isn’t valid anymore, you will need to contact us either by email at support@languageskills.co.uk or by phone on 02922 214316. If you have forgotten your account ID, contact us either by email at support@languageskills.co.uk or by phone on 02922 214316.

What if I wish to cancel my subscription?
You have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. After the 7 days, due to the nature of our particular product and service, each individual refund request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Can I have a trial subscription?
Our sites are free from 4pm to 9am during the week and all day at weekends for pupils to do their homework or teachers to have a closer look. If you would like to use our sites in a school environment, contact us on for sales@languageskills.co.uk for a trial subscription.

Do the sites work on an iPad?
Absolutely.

Are your exercises still using Flash?
All our exercises have been converted to html5 so none of them use Flash anymore. 

Does the site work with all browsers?
Yes, you can use our sites with Edge, Safari,Chrome, Firefox and Explorer.

I don't have a French keyboard and don't know how to do special characters.
